With its international special auctions of antique weapons and orders, Probus Auktioner is Northern Europe’s leading auction house in this field.

The company was established in 2004 by Max Sjöberg and Jörgen Martinson. Both are well-known experts from the Swedish TV series Antikrundan/Antiques Road Show, for over 30 years.

The special auctions of antique arms, armor, and orders also contain smaller selections of coins and antique objects. Auctions are held every autumn and spring, usually in April and November.

Over the years, customers worldwide have had the opportunity to bid on everything from richly decorated wheellock rifles from the late 1500s to Japanese armor, Spanish rapiers, Indian tulwars, African shields, ceremonial cannons, Colt revolvers, Russian Order of St. Anna medals, and Danish order chains. The list is long, and this variety makes each auction unique.
